Hello! I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m Jamie Salacup, she/her, and I work alongside folks in all bodies who are wanting to reclaim their energy from disordered eating, diet culture, body and weight shame.
With all the intense messages and rules around bodies - it can feel almost impossible to figure out what healing and freedom feels like for you personally. But you definitely know you’re’ ready to stop feeling the way you do. That’s the heart of the work I love to do. I’m here for it- your grief, your joy, your rage, your questions, and your pace.
Our work creates space for the parts of you that have felt too big, too small, too much, and never enough
The people I tend to work best with are those who are SO OVER of all their energy going towards trying to shrink their lives, their voice, their appetites, their desires, and their bodies when what they really crave is a more expansive life and permission to be themselves. They’ve reached a point where they are asking some big questions because what’s happening currently isn’t working for them. It’s ok not to know where to start.
I strongly value exploring the role that lived experience and identities play in how you have/have not felt safe or invited to show up in the world. I strongly believe that your coping is rooted in wisdom. We begin with practicing curiosity and honoring the many ways you have learned to cope and take care of yourself in a culture that does a really shitty job celebrating body diversity.

ACCESSIBILITY INFO
There is a parking lot with free and paid options. Free parking are the spaces in the row in front of the buildings. There are 3 stairs to get to the door from the parking lot. There are also ramp options from the parking lot- with the door being 55 steps from it.
Unfortunately, my current space is not ADA accessible. It is important to me that you be able to access in-person if that is something you’re wanting. If the limitations of the space pose as a barrier to this, please let me know and I will problem solve. It is not a scent free space.
Eating disorders and weight stigma are not personal failures—
they are symptoms of a disordered society
that values thinness over humanity. To be clear - your body is not the problem.
